eat 5 small meals a day for one thing. This will help your diabetes
and the need to eat. Yes, I know it sounds like you will gain weight
but its what we are told when we need to lose weight and are hungry.
Or at least I was told.
Also try finding foods like vegetables that you can eat. And I believe
fruits are good too. Also proteins are good for you. Start drinking
water also.
