I am new to the site.
I'm newly diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy with full body allodynia. I'm taking 2400mg of Gabapentin that's helping some. Looking for help figuring out how to manage the pain. Showers and baths are torture. My clothes and bed sheets causes pain as well. What have others found that works like what to wear and best way to take showers. Thanks for any suggestions.
