Default Head made contact with car roof when going over the bump, not sure what just happened

I’m a 20 year old male with post concussion syndrome and anxiety from a lifetime of contact sports and being a reckless crazy child.

Something happened that I’m very unsure of and I’m terrified caused me a new brain injury. I was in the backseat of my friends car, I was leaning forward and propping myself up a bit with the front head rest and the hand hold to limit the impact of the road bumps. This put me closer to the ceiling of the fairly low riding car so when it went over a big bump I got lifted out the seat and my head made impact with the ceiling of the car.

That much is certain. What I’m totally uncertain on is the extent of the impact. It kind of felt like just a graze when it happened but now I’m panicking and thinking I may of actually hit my head hard. I’m so unsure, I don’t think it was a thudding impact, best case it was a graze of the top of my skull and worst case of course it was a smash of my head into the ceiling. I don’t know I’m just scared and alone and panicking. Can someone help me get my thoughts together, I really don’t want another brain injury If it was a brain injury I’d have to drop out of school and quit my job which would all be devastating.
