heavier winds and rain....lights have flickered 4 times....I hope we don't lose power. Jeff just put in a tape of night gallery to distract himself from the bushes being battered by the wind. He did go out and retrieved a branch that was in the yard. I scolded him for going out side, I think he thinks he is invincible. He likes to watch the storm. One year we had reservations for a quick long weekend friday thru sunday 2 nights at paradise Inn where we always stay when we go to pensecola beach.We phoned to cancel our trip because hurricane was headed toward them. She said it was fine there and to just come because we would have lost money for such short notice of cancellation. So we just said lets go. We had a very good time for 24 hours. then woke up to the hurricane. She let us go with a refund of money.
