I got Plantar fasciitis (most likely from wearing tight shoes during hot weather & my feet swelling) my chiropractor at the time treated it with adjustments, massage, stretching, low level laser and suggested arch support insoles , I had already gotten roomier shoes.

All those thing worked for me..the low level laser (aka soft or cold laser) took care of a lot of the acute pain & also helps with healing too..
I think he only did 3 treatments for my foot and then the arch supports and better shoe fit did the rest long term. That was 10+ years ago and no Plantar fasciitis issues since..

Might be worth looking into similar options....
