PCS: Setbacks and exercise
Hello,
I regularly exercise and am curious to how others deal with their exercise routines and setbacks? Whenever I get a setback, I cut down on time and intensity from 30 minutes to 20 minutes and then build myself up again
How do others in this forum treat setbacks when it comes to exercise? Share your ways as I myself have no idea if I'm actually doing the right thing or not.
