I do not have shame because of the abusive remarks of someone who wanted to put me down.

Hi I haven't been here for a while. I thought the above might be helpful to someone, as it is for me. I was listening to a podcast re ''shame'' that someone posted on another forum a while back. Shame is a liar. We are not shameful beings.
