Watch the color of your toenails. They should be white to light pink. Squeeze them and see if they return to their normal color right away. They should turn white when squeezed then return to pink quickly. That is blood refilling the nail bed. If they are dark, an Urgent Care visit would be good. Stay away from ERs if you can. They get bored with minor symptoms. Urgent care will tell you if an ER visit is necessary.
Even a chiropractor visit would be worthwhile. Try to find a chiro who is an upper cervical technique specialist.

Im 12 days out from my injury and its scary to suddenly have a new symptom show up. Im afraid and wondering if I should head to the ER or if this is just a common symptom.
Has anyone had similar issues? Would appreciate any info. Thanks
