Consume fermented foods if you want to enhance the biotic balance. Kefir, yogurt, fermented vegetables (sauerkraut, etc) Avoid fermented soy/tofu. I has to much MSG like free glutamate.

Is that a direct quote from a research paper? It seems awfully confused. Are you able to substantiate that statement because it goes against the grain of advice offered by GPs
