Well my 2cents for whatever it's worth, I've NEVER grown to wear flip flops. I need and want support and for the numbness and feet issues I live with for probably the last 10 yrs since hip replacement mess, I use topical creams and ointments on my feet, do this morning and night, and wear socks all the time....and sturdy shoes...
