It's not related to other activities, I'm pretty sure of that. And the chiropractors that I've visited have also confirmed that I have no whiplash . I first got the aches in my left arm and they have stayed for 1,5 year after I went jogging (which caused more brain damage) for 20 minutes and ended up with nerve pain, weak right thigh, left arm aches and other symptoms. This developed into aches in my middle hand and the side of my hands to my feet and not my right arm.

What I could guess is that it may be exercise that is causing all of this by activating and stressing parts of my brain causing all kinds of symptoms (not necessarily bad). But then again exercise must have activated the right arm aches only because the others came before I even started exercising which was in the beginning of this year.
