Welcome to NeuroTalk. I'm sorry for the reasons that bring you here. I don't really have too much advice but felt the need to respond to your post as you sound distressed. Main practical thing I can think of right now would be to get someone, a family member or friend, to help you with the children??? I guess with Covid there are still so many restrictions for you there in Florida, but if at all possible please get some respite immediately so that you can help figure out the next steps.
