No. I highly respect Dr Cantu and was a early release reviewer of his book. BUT

No, PCS does not create a high risk situation regarding Covid.

Poor choices in maintaining your health would raise your risk factor.

Relax. I have been seriously exposed at least 2 times. The people my wife work with have had many exposures and many asymtpomatic and full symptomatic cases of Covid. My wife had Covid the week before Thanksgiving. She had a bad cold and sore throat for 4 day. She had recovered before the PCR Covid test result came back.

I had mild sinus headaches after each exposure but tested negative each time. I have a 40 year history of strong immune system due to healthy living.

We chose a proactive living healthy lifestyle. As soon as Covid became a factor, we stepped up on nutrition. CDZ, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, and Zinc.

Get going with Vit C (1000 mgs a day), 5000 units of D3, and a zinc capsule.

btw, We are not going near the Covid vaccine.

Regarding exercise, have you tried a moderated return to exercise? Weights are tough because they cause muscle tension in the neck that can trigger symptoms. Rowing is a low impact way of returning to exercise. Start with a low stroke rate. 18 to 20 strokes per minute. Pull the bar all the way to your chest. It is a great exercise. Or, walking a swimming pool for 45 minutes. I have to swim(breaststroke) the deep end.

A great resistance to Covid is quite simple. TURN THE TV OFF. No more fear mungering about Covid. No more hype. The data says the risks are very low for people without high risk. Anxiety strains the immune system.

btw, Flu deaths are down by 90% this year. Can we trust the data about Deaths WITH Covid when the data does not state DEATH FROM COVID?
