Hi there!
I just had my first neck NUCCA adjustment three weeks ago and ever since I have been struggling with a severe migraine, neck pain, exercise intolerance, feeling lightheaded and Dizzy As well as nauseous.
I’m pretty much bedbound for three weeks since that happened and curious if there was any damage done or it’s just my muscles being all flared up and not happy about the new adjustment.

I’m curious to know how to proceed and how you did make out

I have been also hearing about cervical instability but maybe I’ll ask a separate question in the thread.
