Yes, your are right. A better A1C can't hurt. 6'4 is 1 point in to diabetic range. I sometimes use a low-carb bread that does not spike my sugar. I bought a 1-2 person wok recently and cook a lot of stir frys. I will get back on Grape Seed Extract and see what happens. My frustration is that I have not felt that improvement was possible since I could not keep it from getting worse. So even though I am getting good advice, just because it does not help me, does not mean it won't help others. Clearly based on the number of your posts, you have help many sufferers.
