Addictions suck. I know you know what I mean.
they can ruin relationships and jobs work load, keeping up with cooking and cleaning if these are understood to be your chores??????
When does hubby go to bed, maybe you could go to bed with him and snuggle.
I am sure he feels very neglected you have said as much....
I know that hubby feels that way, I try to take my own advice. When I hear him brush his teeth I know he is going to read. then I get off here and tend to my bed time routine and take my meds and sometimes I read if I am in bed earlier than usual.
small steps, get up every 20 minutes and walk around do a chore then come back and set a timer if that would work for you.
my internet is not as addictive as it used to be.
when My bipolar gets out of whack I am on line a lot.
so now that my mood is better, I have more control over my life.
My hope is for you to go see someone and get on some meds to help slow you down. I am not a doctor...I just think a mood stabilizer would be good for you. Lamictal is first line of defense. It is truly a life saver for me.
