G, you have to do what ever makes your life easier. You can just post on here if you have time. Having an internet addiction is hard. Perhaps you can cut out areas that drain your energy and maybe cut off everything and start over.
Just a suggestion, it would be a strong moment for you to quit and focus on healing yourself and your relationship.
