Think of the walker as a friend to use in the hall so that if you get
tired and need to sit down you can. Also that way you can walk more
often when you want too.
Also you can exercise more. By finding some exercises that you can
do by standing with the walker and doing them. Weird as it sounds.
I don't remember exactly but I knew my mom used to do some with
her walker.
