I have been going out my head for years with the pain, it doesn't give me a second restand weeks by week or gets worse, it feel like knives are being ripped down my leg down to my knee, would love to hear from you all. Thanks Saul.
Hey Kumas,

Welcome to the Forum. Sorry for the late reply. I wasn't even aware of Meralgia Paresthetica, but having read up on it it, as I'm sure you know, it is nerve compression somewhere between the L2 L3 lumbar spine and the knee. Are your pains symmetrical?

Have you tried stretching and strength training? I believe the key is to improve mobility to give the nerves more room to avoid compression. Do you have forward pelvic tilt? If you feel stretching makes things worse, have you applied ice packs?

Do you get pain in any other part of your body?

Check out the suggested routine below:-

Best wishes,
