HI Dexter,

As I'm sure you're aware Benfotiamine is a synthetic fat soluble version of B1, Thiamine. We can store it in our liver and use it when needed. Personally I take Benfotiamine every other day and B1 ( water soluble, we can't store it) on the other days simply because Benfotiamine isn't cheap. I can't say whether its helped me because I take it with other supplements, but I believe its essential to take in an anti neuropathy regimen.
