Default Conservative management for TOS

Hi. I've been recently diagnosed with nTOS and mild unilateral vein compression of subclavian and axillary veins of my right side. I've had problems since June 2020 after a gymnastics injury that led to Scapular Dyskinesis -and TOS without knowing at that time about it-

I've been looking in the internet and there is people who were able to manage TOS with non surgical options, but there is a lot of different information about their recovery process.

So I would like to ask you a few questions

1. Were you able to manage TOS with non surgical treatment?
2. What did you do to manage it?
3. Is there any kind of Physical Therapy that was useful for you? (edgelow protocol or other)
4. How long did it take you to manage TOS at a comfortable level for you?

Thanks, I hope you are all having a symptom free day
