i ordered non instant steel cut oatmeal. it also might be good for constipation. drinking a lot of water might be good for constipation. i started today trying to drink a lot of water. constipation is such a bummer.
i forgot if i wrote that after the vaccine i had trouble spelling. it is coming back now. i am severely depressed right now. f@#k bipolar. my new therapist is trying to teach me new coping mechanisms. nobody has ever tried that before.

1. Oatmeal. “Oats are loaded with soluble fiber, which is a type of fiber that allows more water to remain in the stool,” says Smith. “This makes the stool softer and larger, and ultimately easier to pass.”

Since constipation is related to dehydration in the colon, you need to make sure you are drinking lots of water. When your body is properly hydrated, less water will be withdrawn from the colon. This will keep your stool soft and easy to pass.
