TLDR:
Baclofen mixed with alcohol induced what I think might be long lasting changes in my brain functioning, which last now for around 3 years despite being sober from all drugs.
Psychological symptoms: decision-making trouble, over-analyzing, being rather uneasy, OCD-like behavior, something which I would describe even like a personality change at this point.
Neurological symptoms: many drugs which worked on me didn't work after that incident (like they used to, or at all): - mirtazapine, - pregabaline - wenlafaxine
What can be the cause of this? Deregulated GABA / glutamate receptors? How can I check to be sure what exactly is happening now, what happened then and how to potentially heal after this? Is this possible to regulate GABA / glutamate receptors after this back to normal? Any medications or medical examinations that could come in handy here?
Kind regards for any replies
