I hope you're alright these days, though I'm sorry to hear you now have large fiber neuropathy as well. How did you learn about large fiber involvement? Did you have another EMG? The last time I saw a neurologist, the one that did nothing for me and explicitly said as much, he mentioned current research on SFN is showing small fibers are intimately connected with large fibers and can indeed affect motor function. He said this after I mentioned I had some symptoms that would normally involve large fibers.
