I have been inconsistent.
I am going to add one more senna to night,
so that is 3 sennas 2 colace, and 2 gummy
chewables for extra fiber.I will take 2senna

and 2colace and 3 glucomannan at night.

May be I am taking too much.....?
3+3 was too much and 2+2 is not enough

so I will try 3+2 twice a day and see if that works.
