I think it had to do with my constipation and IBS-c.. I ate oatmeal again and I think it makes matters worse. I had baba ganoush.(sp)
I went to ebay yesterday but didn't buy anything.

i am so stressed. i don't know if I can walk down the block. on tuesday i go to the dentist and I havent gone since pandemic where I would go every three months for cleaning.. it doesn't hurt to eat but it is sometimes sensitive to air. i am just so anxious and I still have a stomach ache.
