they are generic for Metamucil usually either walmart or Dollar general,
which ever I can find. I can't stand the drink form, it makes me gage
and I start to throw it up. So My sister told me about these they work
for me. I find them right with the vitamins or sometimes the liquid
and powder stuff.

I'm just glad I found them.
