You can take up to 5 a day. But usually I take 3 a day sometimes I
take 4 or if I have forgotten them for a day or two I take the whole
5. But I also take them all at one time a day. Its easier for me than
splitting them in two times. I got Derrick started too because he
needed them, he does the same.
