I have been going out my head for years with the pain, it doesn't give me a second restand weeks by week or gets worse, it feel like knives are being ripped down my leg down to my knee, would love to hear from you all. Thanks Saul.
I'm sorry to read about your pain. Do you receive any relief laying flat on your stomach stretched out? Have you stopped bending over? Your pain is only on one side (common) or both? Are you able to sleep and do you have as much pain in bed? Are there any positions that give you relief?
