I am happy, I finished a few things on my mental check list for my business.



Jeff helped me create a new billing sheet. I am not going to utilize the computer. I am just going to print out the billing sheet of paper, less writing quicker filling it out so I won't feel so bogged down when it comes time to sending bills out. I hope that made sense. there is some green around part of the edges and at the bottom of the bill so it doesn't look so sterile, or impersonal. It took forever to print out 30 copies because of the color ink.. A down fall is I don't have a back up copy of the bill, sometimes that is helpful. Let me think about that......I forgot that I use the old system to record on the spread sheet for accounting purposes. sigh, I don't have to figure that out for a couple of weeks.



I sent out 30 bills using the old way. I think I did that last week some time maybe thursday?



I did some filing that needed to be done..


I thinned my filing cabinets 53 old charts and put together 53 new charts.
which consisted of pulling out old paperwork Writing their name at the top of the sheet and staple them and putting a new label on the chart and putting new blank forms. It is just 2 sheets of paper that I had to copy and punch holes 53 sheets of forms. It is like an assembly line take 2 out then put 2 in. A lot of what I do is busy work and I hate it but it doesn't get done unless I just hunker down and get to it.
I have a every growing stack of old clients papers that need to be alphabetized but I will hire some one to do that. Maybe the young gal next door would like to make some money????

I entered my mileage for the year up to date, same with my income. That entails going thru my Monthly calenders where I keep track of mileage and income and going thru each months book and tallying up daily records of miles and income I always have a running year to date by the months totals. It is tedious.

It is 8 oclock and I am officially done doing any more work. My back is sore from sitting straight up for hours, this weekend.
