You are very lucky to live in your studio for 50 years with controlled rent!!!!!.
May I ask what your rent is?
WE were paying 1300 for our mortgage
but that included escrow to pay for taxes
and home owners insurance.
Now that we have paid off the house we
have switched to allstate. We have them
for car insurance and homeowners.
We will have to pay our property taxes our
selves which are roughly $950 a year.
I had to really strain and strain to have
a BM. finally had one.
I hardly drank any water yesterday, I
am certain that was the reason why.
Need to drink more water!!!!!!
Less alcohol.
have a good day yall, we are going to cook out
at 5pm, there will be people there that I don't know,
must try to limit my drinking alcohol.
I am going to see a client at 130pm. Her right big
toenail is almost off and her daughter wants me
to try and get it off.I will do my bet to cut it off
as far as I can. she put a band aide over the nail,
which was what I was going to suggest.
