i think you are supposed to do that immediately but this happened over two weeks ago it is still black and blue and aaron told me to let the bruise rest. there was hardly any swelling. does it work for a bruised bone?i think it is going to stop hurting in a month or two. it doesn't feel any better but nothing feels broken. it hurts even if i don't use it. once i had a severe ankle injury. my foot turned over and it was so swollen. the doctor told me to take warm baths and i forgot what i was to put in the bath.
