Hi Aussie, my nodules are from microscopic particles i have inhaled in the past. This was the first cat scan that showed nodules. I had one in the spring of 2004 that showed no nodules. This one was in May, so i have to go back and take another one in November. If they grow then they will biopsy them. Its definitely no picnic getting a lung biopsy to i hope they dont grow.

David i would go out of my mind if they strapped my arms down and i had to stay in there for 30 minutes, unless maybe someone i knew held my foot. I was in an mri, the first time with my arms over my head, which got uncomfortable but i figured i could pull myself out. The second one with my arms at my sides, i couldnt move, so i call the tech and no one answers....ive been trapped and buried before so i was really po'd at him got out and then went to an open place. I told him before I went in that i had been trapped before, which he ignored. I was just looking at pictures of pet scans and some seem deep like an mri and some seem much shorter like a cat scan.
