So sorry for all your misery OP, I developed neuropathy after hip replacement in 2010, what a mess that was. So for me my supports over the last almost 11 yrs is:
Topricin Homeopathic Lotion for all pains issue, I buy 8 oz bottle, this truly works.
I also like a lot, Ultra Tiger Balm for feet and knees.
Recently I started with Badger Foot Balm and it helps too I'm finding.
All over antioxidant I've been taking for decades is Grape Seed Extract.
I do take low dose otc pain pills ever 6 hrs and always on food in stomach.
Inosine is a great support to reduce/calm neuropathy and I'm not taking it now as the burning/tingling is not around now. I avoid gabapentin etc but I know of others who took it and are off it....this one friend does a lot of supplements for decades of neuropathy.
Hope I've helped, it's not an overnight thing....and keep off high sugars and carbs.....
Drink plenty of water thru the day.
