Second day in rehab, we had to throw a small ball against the wall, and then try to catch it again. A couple of folks either didn't make it to the wall, or looked baffled when the ball returned and passed them by. I've never felt so bad and laughed so hard at the same time. |

I was in a psych unit for 30 days(march-april 2020).
I needed a medication change because geodon stopped working.
So I ended up on fewer meds than I took before.
Now on several psych meds with 3 prns to take at night to help me go to sleep. I mg of klonipin is not doing the job alone.
after a few days there I found out that I could go out for smoke break even though I don't smoke.
I sunbathed. It felt glorious to stand there in the sun. Even though I burned I did not care and took precaution next time. stood in the shade.
I wish you an easy ride while there.
