I believe they are probably right about the place to set it. I am not sure
where my husband sets ours but its a nice degree of cool. And its okay
for my asthma. And as long as I can breath that is what counts for
me. Our electric bills I believe if I remember correctly have been the
same as last summer, so I'm thinking they are good.
