just came back from walking in the hall. it was fine. will repeat it this afternoon. no pain and balance was good with walker.
woke up this morning feeling so isolated and fearful and thinking how cruel my family had been to me. then started thinking about God and that he was with me and that i was not alone or fearful and in the past he had given me miracles. what a relief.
had the ac on to 72 and that was fine.
