Default Pain continues

Just an intro. First diagnosed with sciatica. Spinal surgery in late 2019. Never really regained use of right leg. Pain starts again 3 months later. MRI. They say all looks good. Pain continues. Cortisone injection. No relief. Cortisone injection in right hip, left hip, right piriformis muscle, left piriformis muscle. No relief. They wanted to do another spinal injection and I refused. Seeing my GP on Tuesday. I have requested a EMG and NCS. Feet tingling, muscle spasms, both legs. Very painfull. Using a TENS unit and lumbar traction, still no relief.
Thanks for listening. I think my self diagnoses of peripheral neuropathy is on track.
