my right leg is weak because of the stroke. i used a cane. i took a major fall a little more than a year ago. it was wet and my shoes were and there was a little step and i took the worst fall. i had p.t. i had never had back problems and she had be so an exercise which gave me back problems. she didn't even apologize but now i also have weakness in my back. this last fall was from sheer stupidity. i didn't turn on the light and tripped over something. then i forget taking arnica and frozen vegetables.
voterin never worked for me. i have asper cream but don't remember if it helped.
my night pills are just metformin for my diabetes and 2 mg of clonazepam.
i used arnica pellets.
the frozen vegetables really helped.
