Any past whiplash or neck , arm. shoulder injuries?
Neck and arm symptoms could be work or upper body posture related.
Desk work or repetitive activities over time can be a factor.
Quality skilled PT or chiro might be worth consideration..
Can you describe the exhaustion walking issue more?
Breathlessness or leg fatigue or something else?
