Sounds like you have a lot going on. My observation is you are overdoing it. The neurological term is over-attending. Your brain/mind has too many tasks going at the same time. Being able to recover in just 3-4 days is promising.
Keep in mind there is a difference between being sleepy and your brain being fatigued.
Brain fatigue would be signaled by sensory processing suddenly going blank. Words on a page mean nothing. You may reread lines of text over and over and it still does not make sense. Voices sound like Charlie Brown adults 'Wa wa wa.'
If you dwell on the new team member, your brain can become exhausted by never getting a break.
I don't have solutions. I just know that we must find our moderated effort level. Our needs are unique to each of us.
We live is trying times with little ability to escape the constant barrage of drama in the news. We need to develop our own ways of relating to world and local events.
