Appreciate your answers and agree with all, funny you would mention our world today because that is upsetting as well. Yes, lots happening but pcs can be so isolating and it really doesnt seem to get to the phase of ultimate healing.

Im hoping that although its been 4 years i might continue to heal. I need to back off work, news and find an easier route to healing.

I've gotten the Charlie Brown hearing before but never totally quiet... I should listen to my body more instead of pushing more. Id like to know if others have experienced this? Funny that it never happened before but did multiple times in the last several weeks. Why would that be? Curious
