I've been looking in the internet and there is people who were able to manage TOS with non surgical options, but there is a lot of different information about their recovery process.

So I would like to ask you a few questions

1. Were you able to manage TOS with non surgical treatment?
2. What did you do to manage it?
3. Is there any kind of Physical Therapy that was useful for you? (edgelow protocol or other)
4. How long did it take you to manage TOS at a comfortable level for you?

Thanks, I hope you are all having a symptom free day
To counter my TOS I first fixed my posture after previously eliminating many trigger points in my chest and arms.
Posture was very important, but it was only after starting to wear a back brace and do stretching exercises for at least 20 minutes a day that I saw improvement to the point where I could do the things that I could do before I came down with TOS,
There are positive things you can do and there are negative things. I'd be very careful with weight training.
After coming very close with my methods several times to believe I had conquered TOS, I suffered relapses. I was practicing a number of my musical instruments for four-five hours a day. Unfortunately, after months or a year or so the symptoms would emerge again basically weakness and soreness in my arms and hands.
But I will reject any surgical methods unless the doctors are absolutely sure it would work.
I'd be wary of doctors who said surgery "might" correct your problem. Do the non surgical methods first and only surgery as a last resort.
