The pain of trigeminal neuralgia can be very severe. If I read your post right, you're wondering what the name of the miracle drug that helped you is.
I'm pretty sure you can request a copy of the chart notes from that visit to the ER. Whoever treated you would have written down the name of any drugs that were prescribed, and you can find out that way. But you should request the copy soon as many medical facilities have trouble providing older records.
It would be helpful to know the name of the drug, just in case you ever have to go through that level of TN pain again.
