finally washed my hair in the sink. it was hard because i really had to bend down but didn't lose my balance. next time i have to use less shampoo.
i forgot if i told the nurse practitioner that i wake up depressed every time but with activity it goes away.
i just wrote robert to see if he is okay.
zeynep called and apologized for not calling sooner. i immediately said that was fine and told her cecilia died and i fell again and can't use the bathroom. she told me that her son who is an obsessive compulsive to the extreme might have brain surgery to see if that might help. i never heard of that

The findings suggest surgery may be an effective treatment for patients with very severe OCD who have not been helped by other therapies, the researchers said.Jun 3, 2013
