I realize you tip them for being so nice. But talk to your accountant
who helps with your taxes. Its possible that you might be able
to if you would keep a record even of a balance a day, take it off of
taxes as an expense for medical because you aren't able to walk down
stairs and get them. Not sure exactly how they would record, but if
you explain why you have to do it. Not that you don't want to for the
inconvience you feel your giving them.

But it might help in long run.
