i just bought 4 more packages of those sponge non rinse sponge baths and will start probably using them twice a day. they are great and i want to be stronger and thinner before i use the bath tub again even with the bath rail now installed. being heavy is such a pain. i am going to try to drink low sodium soup. it also helps my ibs. if only helped my depression.
i am not depressed. aaron's call really helped..he has such a nice voice.
i didn't know that herman hesse was diagnosed as bipolar 2.. he was so productive. my stocks are doing better but not helping my anxiety or depression.
