My first thought is the extraction work could have caused distress to the tooth next to it. Since I know how well Myrrh Tincture works on pain and healing, I've been using it for over 10 yrs, I have a couple areas that give me a little pain now and then and I just put a little Myrrh on that area and it's gone pronto. I have not had any reason to use Myrrh in some months.

Do some research for yourself on Myrrh Tincture and dental pain.

You can always go back to dentist but I try to figure things out before running to docs.
