that is so great.you must have such an incredible metabolism. It so great about your not drinking. You do know don't you that drinking alcohol increases cognitive decline. I read even small amounts contribute to cognitive decline.
I mention this because you wrote you won't try topamax because 10 percent of the users have cognitive decline.

Brain damage is a common and potentially severe consequence of long-term heavy alcohol consumption. Even mild-to-moderate drinking can adversely affect cognitive functioning (i.e., mental activities that involve acquiring, storing, retrieving, and using information)
Many long-term effects of alcohol use can cause permanent damage to the brain, as well as to various organs. With intervention, brain damage may be reversible.
