Saw 4 clients today, had a shrimp salad for lunch and left over chicken thighs for dinner. well it was a successful day..
Found the envelopes that I needed for billing with out asking for help, at the store. Drove to total wine to get more partak.
Got a 6 pack of dark and one of IPA. If I stick to 3 a night then that will last me into the next week tuesday.
Came home to put things away then decided that I would go to planet fitness
and ride the bike on high resistance level 20 I could only
do 5 minutes into it for my thighs gave out on me.
But that is what I wanted, to build up strength in my thigh muscles.
They are so weak.
Then went to the tread mill and called my brother in law. (to talk and walk).
I ended up walking about 30 minutes including a cool down. 1.3 miles.
They close early on friday nights at 9pm saturday and sunday they close at 7pm Monday thru thursday until 10pm
It is a start.
I was hot coming home so got into my nite dress
and am drinking a diet ginger beer with a kick!
The computer stop working so I looked at the power strip
and one of the cords was unplugged. so plugged it back in and the computer is back in business.
Love it when things work out, I am not computer savvy.
I took a shower this morning and washed my hair!!!!
Jeff had practice for an up and coming performance with the faculty jazz band. They play during jazz week, next week. He is out with a friend, paul for a quick beer, after rehearsal.
I work tomorrow. I think I have 3 clients. Jeff has 2 gigs this weekend, one is tomorrow from 630pm til 930pm at an upscale restaurant called ruffinos then sunday he is playing for brunch at a restaurant called Bon Temps or something like that, from 11-2pm.
That interferes with our brunch at the diner, maybe I will just go with out him.
This is my 12th night with out alcohol and I am down about 9 pounds in 2 months..
better quit as no one wants to read a journal.
